Delete your Bulky account

How to request deletion of your Bulky account and understand which data is affected.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, or health records in a support email.

Delete your Bulky account

Sign in to the Bulky app and open Settings → Cloud. If Delete account is available in your installed version, follow its verification and confirmation steps. If it is unavailable or you cannot sign in, email support@bulky.sh to request account deletion. Opening this page or a settings link does not delete your account.

Deleting your Bulky account removes your Bulky account data. Records stored in Apple Health / HealthKit or Health Connect are managed separately through that provider; deleting your Bulky account does not automatically remove those records.

Signing out, clearing this device, or uninstalling the app does not delete your Bulky account. You can export the data available to the website from account settings before requesting deletion.
