Bulky is a training diary for workouts, nutrition, and coaching. This page takes you from zero to your first logged set in about five minutes.

Create your account

Sign in with email, Apple, Google, or Facebook — no password to remember and no card required. Pick one method and stick with it: the same sign-in opens the same account everywhere.

One account covers iOS, Android, Apple Watch, and the web. Create it once and you are done with setup forever.

Log your first workout

Open Training and start an empty session, or pick a routine if you already have one. Add an exercise from the library, type the weight and reps, and save the set — about ten seconds per set, which is the whole motion.

A few tips for session one: log the exercises you actually did, flag anything unusual with a note, and save the session when you finish. Your history starts building from the very first entry.

Find your way around

Training holds your routines and active sessions. Nutrition holds diets and the food diary. Progress shows consistency, volume, and personal records in charts you can read between sets.

The Trainer section arrives soon for coaching clients. Until then, routines, logging, and progress cover the full training loop.

Make the diary work for you

Log every session, including the short and messy ones — a diary with holes stops telling the truth. Before each workout, open the exercise history and check what you lifted last time; beating those numbers by a rep or a kilo is the whole training method.

Spend one minute after each session on a note: how it felt, what ached, what to try next. In four weeks that minute is worth more than any program you could buy.
